Description
Monocytes are found in the circulating peripheral blood where they make up 10-20% of the total mononuclear cell population. Use SuperBeads® Human Monocyte Isolation Kit (Direct) to isolate highly purified CD14+ monocytes directly from human whole blood by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit depletes other kinds of cells. The negatively isolated Human Monocyte are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
