Description

Memory B cells are a B cell sub-type that are formed within germinal centers following infection and are important in generating an accelerated and more robust antibody-mediated immune response in the case of re-infection (also known as a secondary immune response). Use SuperBeads® Human Memory B Cell Isolation Kit to enrich viable Human memory B cells from fresh or previously frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells or washed leukapheresis samples by immunomagnetic positive selection. It may also be used for the depletion of human memory B cells. The positively isolated Human Memory B Cells are labeled with antibodies and magnetic SuperBeads.
