Description
The human leukocyte antigen (HLA) system or complex is a gene complex encoding the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) protein in humans. These cell-surface proteins are responsible for the regulation of the immune system in human. Use SuperBeads® Human HLA T Cell Isolation Kit (Direct) to isolate highly purified T cells directly from whole blood or washed leukapheresis samples by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit depletes other kinds of cells. The negatively isolated Human HLA T Cells are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
