Description
The human leukocyte antigen (HLA) system or complex is a gene complex encoding the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) protein in humans. These cell-surface proteins are responsible for the regulation of the immune system in human. Use SuperBeads® Human HLA T Cell Isolation Kit to Isolate untouched and highly purified T cells from fresh or previously frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or lysed leukapheresis samples by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit depletes other kinds of cells. The negatively isolated Human HLA T Cells are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
