Description
The human leukocyte antigen (HLA) system or complex is a gene complex encoding the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) protein in humans. These cell-surface proteins are responsible for the regulation of the immune system in human. Use SuperBeads® Human HLA CD2 Isolation Kit to isolate highly purified CD2+ cells from fresh or previously frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by immunomagnetic positive selection. It may also be used for the depletion of HLA CD2+ cells. The positively isolated Human HLA CD2 Cells are are labeled with antibodies and magnetic SuperBeads.
