Description

CD33 is a transmembrane receptor expressed on cells of myeloid lineage. It is usually considered myeloid-specific, but it can also be found on some lymphoid cells. Use SuperBeads® Human CD33 Cell Isolation Kit (Direct) to isolate highly purified CD33+ cells from fresh human whole blood by immunomagnetic positive selection. It may also be used for the depletion of CD33+ cells. The positively isolated Human CD33 Cells are are labeled with antibodies and magnetic SuperBeads.
