Description
Poly-L-Lysine surface coating solution from Creative Bioarray is designed to improve cell attachment, growth and differentiation of many cell types. Coated surfaces will often improve cell attachment in reduced or serum-free conditions. This product is supplied in a sterile 100 ml package size at a concentration of 0.1 mg/ml.
Coating flasks or dishes:
· Prepare a poly-L-lysine coated flask (2 μg/cm2 is recommended) and leave the flask in incubator overnight; minimum 2 hours at 37ºC incubator.
· Rinse the poly-L-lysine coated flask with sterile water twice and add 20 ml of complete medium to the flask.
· Leave the flask in the hood and go to thaw the cells.
· Coated culture ware can be stored for up to 1 week at 2 to 8ºC.
