Mouse Cells And Media
Creative Bioarray provides a broad range of high-quality primary cells including endothelial, epithelial, tumor and stem cells, along with optimized cell culture media and other related products. Our mouse primary endothelial cells can be custom ordered for specific scientific and research needs. You can count on our high quality custom cell service!
Creative Bioarray produces the world's most comprehensive list of research-use cells, and maintains nearly complete cell lines that are invaluable for public health and lab research, such as C57BL/6 Mouse Primary Cells, BALB/c Mouse Primary Cells, CD1 Mouse Primary Cells, B129 Primary Cells, Mouse Hepatocytes, Stellate Cells, Kupffer Cells, Mouse Bone Marrow Cells, Mouse Astrocytes, Mouse Macrophages, and Other Types of Mouse Primary Cells. Besides, we also provide aged mouse cells (25-78 week old) - custom cell isolation from male or female mice using enzymatic or mechanical methods for your special research needs, as well as diabetic mouse cells and BKS db mouse cells. Once isolated, they are placed in an artificial environment in plastic or glass containers supported with specialized medium containing essential nutrients and growth factors to support proliferation. All cells have been ethically sourced and authenticated by thorough QC testing. Our cryopreserved cells reduce the burden of self-isolations and QC which requires substantial expertise, infrastructure and access to the appropriate, ethically sourced donor tissue. Some tissue-derived suspension cells offered by Creative Bioarray are available such as hepatocytes or intestinal cells which are suitable for ADMET applications.
Choosing an optimized media for primary cells is crucial for successful cell culture assays and related applications. Our primary cell media products have been optimized for each cell type. For majority of the primary cell types, classical medium is not sufficient to support growth, or to retain the phenotypic markers.
