SuperCult® Supplement A - Erythroid

Primary human bone marrow hematopoietic progenitors are multipotent cells that can differentiate into several lineages (e.g., myeloid, erythroid and megakaryocytic cells). The Erythroid SuperCult® Supplement allow differentiation of CD34+ cells into the erythroid lineage in 96-well plates.

10 Day Simple Protocol: Simply add appropriate volume of media (Lymphocyte Growth Medium) to dilute supplement and mix with CD34+ cells in media. Plate into 96-well plate; differentiation complete in 10 days.

• SuperCult® Supplement B - Erythroid: Sufficient supplement for 3 x complete 96-well plates

SuperCult® Supplement - Erythroid Supplement are tested to ensure erythroid differentiation of bone marrow CD34+ cells by examination of Erythroid Glycophorin A expression. SuperCult® Supplement - Erythroid Supplement tests negative for bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
