Description
LIFib S2 is a variation of our LIFib cell culture medium optimized for low serum (2%) culture of fibroblasts. LIFib supports the growth of these cells in a 2% serum environment at rates equal to or greater than comparable media supplemented with 2-10% FBS. Creative Bioarray's cell culture medium contains no antimicrobials and no phenol red since these components can cause cell stress and "masking effects" that may influence experimental results.
