Description
The liquid culture medium kit including both basal medium and separate supplements. The fully defined, high calcium (1.2 mM) formulation. It does not contain antibiotics / antimycotics. The basal medium contains amino acids, minerals, vitamins and organic compounds.
The product is intended for use with Bioarray Primary Keratinocytes or your own keratinocytes isolated and grown in Bioarray PCT media (The product isolated in non-Bioarray media may not contain enough of these cells to maintain the growth of a full thickness 3D model. Use of keratinocytes isolated and grown in other vendor's medium may prove unsuccessful.

Quality Control
Tested by 3D cell cultivation in supplemented medium using Bioarray Kit and Protocols. Osmolality, pH and concentration of various ions are tested. Free of bacteria, fungi and mycoplasma contamination.

The basal medium; Store at 4 °C in the dark. For expiry date, please see label on bottle. Please do not freeze.
