Description
Kit consists of 500mL CM Serum-Free Medium, and 2 - 5mL vials of CM 2.0 SuperFuel™ (containing animal derived growth factor) containing Bovine Pituitary Extract, PMA and recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor. This is a complete medium. It is Certified and intended for growth and experimental application. CM media and reagents are sterile, made with WFI and all components are cGMP and ISO Compliant.

CM Medium contains no added hormones
CM Medium contains no antibiotics; however, Bac-O (Ciprofloxacin), is the recommended antibiotic for all CM Medium.
Use of Bovine Serum is no longer necessary.

Storage and Shipping
Medium Storage
This flavor of CM Medium is shipped at ambient temperature. If the entire unit will not be used within 30 days, activate the medium with the enclosed supplement then aliquot and freeze in smaller units which will be used within 30 days.
If the full 500mL medium unit will be used within 30 days, immediately refrigerate the medium and supplements. Once the unit is activated, or any component of the media kit is opened, the shelf life is 30 days at refrigerated (4 - 8°C) temperatures.
