Description
Human LeukinFeron is a natural cytokine involved in cellular reactions elimination of pathogen (antigen). Treatment with LeukinFeron results in a reduced frequency of side effects caused by prospidine therapy. Human LeukinFeron in the combined therapy of Kaposis sarcoma leads to a considerable improvement of the initially abnormal levels of immunocompetent and phagocytizing cells. LeukinFeron is a complex preparation of human cytokines from the first phase of the immune response, containing 10,000 IU of natural IFN-alpha and other cytokines at their natural ratio, mainly IL6, IL12, TNF-alpha, MIF, and LIF. The preparation is obtained from donors blood leukocytes.

Formulation
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Each vial contains 0.1 M NaCl and 1 μg HSA.
Reconstitution
Please centrifuge product briefly before opening vial. The lyophilized protein should be reconstituted in sterile, ultra-pure water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at -20°C for future use.
Storage & Stability
The lyophilized protein, though stable at room temperature for up to 3 weeks, is best stored desiccated at -20°C. Reconstituted rHu LF should be used immediately or stored long-term in undiluted working aliquots at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
