ActoFactor™ Recombinant Human Fibroblast growth factor 2 (basic) (Insect)
- Specification
Cat.No.
CSC-CTK0138
Description
Recombinant Human basic Fibroblast Growth Factor (rHu bFGF) is a heparin binding growth factor, which stimulates the proliferation of a wide variety of cells including mesenchymal, neuroectodermal and endothelial cells. rHu bFGF also exerts a potent angiogenic activity in vivo. Human Recombinant Fibroblast Growth Factor-2 (FGF-b) produced in Sf9 insect cells is a single, glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 155 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 17,353 Dalton.
