Description
SuperCult® CB 293 Medium is a chemically-defined, protein-free medium optimized for the growth of suspension cultures of 293 cells. SuperCult® CB 293 Medium contains no proteins or peptides of animal, plant, or synthetic origin. There are also no undefined lysates or hydrolysates in the formulation.
Formulated without L-glutamine for increased stability; add 20 ml of 200 mM L-glutamine or 20 ml of special supplement per 1,000 ml of medium prior to use.
