Description
QualiStem® Mouse Lentivirus iPSC Reprogramming Kit I is developed for mouse cells, which is produced from standardized protocols using a highly efficient lentivirus containing Oct4, Sox2, Klf4, c-Myc genes. This kit is sufficient for generating high numbers of mouse iPSCs using the transfection step. The use of a single polycistronic lentiviral vector significantly improves reprogramming efficiencies and reduces the number of viral integrations.
