Fibroblast Media
Fibroblasts make the structural fibers and ground substance of connective tissue. Fibroblasts have a branched cytoplasm surrounding an elliptical, speckled nucleus having two or more nucleoli. Fibroblasts make collagens, glycosaminoglycans, reticular and elastic fibers, and glycoproteins found in the extracellular matrix. In growing individuals fibroblasts are dividing and synthesizing ground substance. Unlike the epithelial cells lining the body structures, fibroblasts do not form flat monolayers and are not restricted by a polarizing attachment to a basal lamina on one side, although they may contribute to basal lamina components in some situations. The fibroblasts growth medium products at Creative Bioarray are specially designed to support the growth of different types fibroblasts and have been tested for its ability to support fibroblasts growth in vitro. Our medium systems have been specifically developed and optimized for various fibroblasts of human, mouse, rat, prorcine, bovine, monkey, canine, etc.
Key Features & Benefits
- Human Fibroblasts Growth Medium
a. Our human fibroblasts growth medium is a medium developed for the cultivation of human derived fibroblasts. b. Our human fibroblasts growth medium contains specific growth factors necessary for optimal expansion of human dermal fibroblasts. c. Our human fibroblasts growth medium supports cell growth after thaw and throughout the gruarnteed lifespan. - Mouse/Rat Fibroblasts Growth Medium
a. Our mouse/rat fibroblasts growth medium is optimized for primary mouse/rat fibroblasts in culture and readily available for researchers. It si designed for mouse/rat fibroblasts growth and proliferation in vitro. b. Our mouse/rat fibroblasts growth medium contains essential and non-essetial amino acids, vitamins, organic and inorganic compounds, hormones, growth factors, trace minerals, which is designed for different kinds of mouse/rat fibroblasts. c. The supplement provides a defined and optimally balanced growth environment that macimally promotes the growth of mouse/rat fibroblasts in vitro.
Stability and Storage
Complete Medium should be stored in the dark at 4-8°C. Supplement kit should be stored at -20°C. Do not use past the expiration date.
Precaution
When handling biohazardous materials such as human cells, safe laboratory procedures should be followed and protective clothing should be worn.
For research use only. Not for any other purpose.
