iPSC Skeletal Muscle Cells Differentiation kit facilitates rapid and efficient differentiation of human iPS or ES cells into skeletal muscle in just one week. Our differentiation method uses synthetic mRNAs to produce a highly pure population of skeletal muscle without a genetic footprint. The Skeletal differentiated cell cultures display typical skeletal muscle morphology and markers, such as MHC.
