Description

iPSC GABAergic neurons Differentiation kit facilitates rapid and efficient differentiation of human iPS or ES cells into GABAergic (inhibitory) neurons in just weeks. Our differentiation method uses synthetic mRNAs to produce highly pure populations of neurons without a genetic footprint. The differentiated cell cultures display typical neurite outgrowth and express a variety of neuronal markers, such as TUBB3 (pan-neuronal), PVALB, and GAD1/67 (GABAergic).
