Description
Immortalized Rat Embryonic Striatal Wildtype (121-1I) Cells are immortalized with the the A58 temperature-sensitive allele of the SV40 large T antigen. It is a non-GABAergic cell line, in which there is no GAD expression. It may be used as a wild type to compare to the GABAergic cell lines such as Immortalized Rat Embryonic Striatal (M213-2O) Cells - tsSV40T or Immortalized Rat Embryonic Striatal (M26-1F) Cells - tsSV40T.
