Description
Immortalized Porcine Alveolar Macrophages (3D4/21) is an alveolar cell line that was isolated in 1998 from the lung of a 27-day-old pig. This cell line was deposited by J Gren and can be used in immunology research. The parental porcine monomyeloid cell line, 3D4, was established in December of 1998 following transfection of primary porcine alveolar macrophage cultures with the pSV3neo plasmid.
