Description
Mouse Pancreatic Stellate Cells were transfected with SV40LT expressing lentiviral particles. These primary cells go into senescence after the 2nd passage while the Immortalized Mouse Pancreatic Stellate Cells go beyond 30 passages.

What are Immortalized Mouse Pancreatic Stellate Cells?
Immortalized Mouse Pancreatic Stellate Cells (MPSCs) are specialized cells obtained from mouse pancreatic tissue that have been immortalized for continuous proliferation while retaining essential features of primary pancreatic stellate cells. These cells play a critical role in pancreatic physiology and pathology, making them invaluable for research on pancreatic diseases.
