Cat.No.
CSC-I9184L
Description
The Immortalized Ovarian Surface Epithelial Cells (iMOSEC) is derived by co-expression of adenovirus E1A and dominant-negative p53 (p53DD). In addition to its non-tumorigenicity, this cell line maintains its primary phenotype and expresses epithelial-specific markers such as E-cadherin, cytokeratin 8 and 18. This cell line is a useful model for studying ovary growth regulation.
