CSC-I9295L
Description
Immortalized MHC II -/- Mouse Macrophage Cells (C2Dt) is derived from the knockout mice negative for MHCII molecule. Unlike the Immortalized MHC II -/- Mouse Macrophage Cells (C2D), C2Dt were immortalized through transfection with the pSV-4 plasmid with the SV40 large T antigen. These cells are tumorigenic and when exposed to LPS may secrete IL-6. It is a homogenous source of MHCII-/- macrophage cells for research.
