Description
Immortalized Human Placental Tissue-derived Mesenchymal Stromal Cells (hTERT, No viral gene) were developed from human tissues transduced by non-viral gene transfer of a plasmid carrying the hTERT gene. The cell line was continuously cultured for more than 30 passages without showing signs of growth retardation or replicative senescence. The cells have been verified to differentiate towards mesodermal lineages (adipocytes, chondrocytes, osteoblasts). This immortalized human mesenchymal stem cell lines have been established under conditions that will allow production of EVs.
