ABCA7 Knock-out Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells

Description
ABCA7 (ATP Binding Cassette Subfamily A Member 7) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with ABCA7 include early-onset, autosomal dominant Alzheimer's disease. This cell line is generated from pre-made footprint-free human iPS cells by using gene editing method to introduce a deletion and frame shift in the ABCA7 gene and is a good model for studying AD-related pathologies in neurons induced specifically by ABCA7.
