Description
The HeLa 382 cell line is a subclone of the cell line HeLa. The original HeLa cell line was derived from a cervical carcinoma from a 31 year old female and the HeLa 382 cell line was transfected with pBact, expression vector under control of the human beta actin promotor, resistant to G418S. Control to HeLa 422 and HeLa 432.
