Description: FTC-133 was isolated from a lymph node metastasis of a follicular thyroid carcinoma. The morphology differs from flat polygonal to spindle formed cells. They retained differentiated thyrocyte function and thyrocyte responsiveness to thyrotropin and local active growth factors.
