Description

A 6-thioguanine resistant mutant of mouse L cell fibroblasts (Mouse strain C3H/An). A9 lacks guanylic acid-inosinic acid pyrophosphorylase and was isolated by virtue of resistance to 6-thioguanine (3 µg/ml).
