SuperBeads® Human Pan-DC Isolation Kit
- Specification
Cat.No.
CSK-CI056
Description
Use SuperBeads® Human Pan-DC Isolation Kit to isolate untouched pre-enriched dendritic cells (including myeloid and plasmacytoid dendritic cells; DCs) from fresh or previously frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit depletes other kinds of cells. The negatively isolated Human Pan-DC are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
