Memory T cells are a subset of infection- as well as potentially cancer-fighting T cells (also known as a T lymphocyte) that have previously encountered and responded to their cognate antigen, thus, the term antigen-experienced T cell is often applied. Use SuperBeads® Human Memory CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit to isolate untouched and highly purified memory CD4+ T cells (CD4+CD45RA-CD45RO+) from fresh or previously frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit depletes other kinds of cells. The negatively isolated Human memory CD4+ T Cells are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
