Take three culture flasks A, B and C, first inoculate A with serum-free medium suspension of two kinds of cells, then gently aspirate the supernatant after 5-20 min and inoculate to B. Add complete medium to A and continue to culture; after culturing cells in B for 5-20 min, inoculate the supernatant to C in the same way, and then add complete medium to C. When the three bottles of cells are observed, it will be found that fibroblasts A>B>C, and the C bottle is mainly tumor cells, which can be processed repeatedly if purification is needed.
