Description
Porcine Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells were transfected with SV40LT expressing lentiviral particles. These primary cells go into senescence after the 2nd passage while the Immortalized Porcine Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells go beyond 30 passages.

What makes these cells unique compared to primary porcine MSCs?
Unlike primary MSCs, which have a limited lifespan and can vary between specimens, Immortalized Porcine Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (Cat No.: CSC-I2064Z) offer a stable and reproducible model for long-term studies, ensuring consistent results across experiments.
