Description

Established in 1982 by immunizing BALB/c mice with VLM tumor cells and fusing splenocytes with SP2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells; described as secreting a mouse monoclonal antibody (IgG2akappa) detecting epitopes of wild type p53 (not mutant or denatured p53), that occur on human, primate, bovine, mouse and rat cells, by ELISA and immunoblotting
