A bromodeoxyuridine-resistant mutant of NS20Y The cell line NS20Y is a cholinergic cell line derived from mouse neuroblastoma C1300 (Amano et al., (1972) Neurotransmitter synthesis by neuroblastoma clones. Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. 69: 258-262) Mouse strain A/Jax.

DMEM + 2 mM Glutamine + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS)+ 1 mM 8-bromodeoxyuridine. Cells can also be grown in the absence of bromodeoxyuridine

Storage

Liquid Nitrogen (-180 °C).

Storage and Shipping
