This is the FDA licensed product name for plasma collected via plasmapheresis. By definition, it must be frozen at -20℃ or colder and placed at that temperature within 30 minutes. Average size is ~ 880 mls. Most common anticoagulant is 4% Sodium Citrate.
Plasma makes up 55% of your blood’s total volume. Red blood cells follow at 44% of your blood’s volume, and a combination of white blood cells and platelets fill the remaining 1%.

Description: Human bone marrow stromal cells or mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are derived from bone marrow mononuclear cells. MSCs are isolated from a single donor. MSCs are one of the most investigated cells for therapeutic applications. These cells enable researchers to investigate stem cell properties, regenerative medicine, and tissue engineering. In addition, they may be used for developmental studies.

Description: Human bone marrow plasma is the liquid component of blood. Bone marrow plasma consists of dissolved proteins, glucose, clotting agents, minerals, hormones, and carbon dioxide. It makes up approximately 55% of the whole bone marrow suspension. This whole bone marrow plasma is isolated from a single donor. The plasma is separated out from the whole bone marrow (sent separately) and immediately frozen at -80°C in order to preserve its contents. Whole bone marrow plasma enables researchers to investigate specific components of bone marrow at the molecular level.
