Description
GFP Expressing Human Coronary Artery Endothelial Cells (GFP-HCAECs) provided by Creative Bioarray are puromycin-selected from Human Coronary Artery Endothelial Cells infected with lentivirus expressing GFP. GFP-HCAECs are cryopreserved in passage 3 and guaranteed for at least 18 population doublings under the cell culture conditions specified by Creative Bioarray. These cells are characterized by immunofluorescence staining with antibody of VWF/Factor VIII and PECAM1. These cells are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C.
