Description
C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells are extracted from healthy C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow and have strong proliferation and multi-directional differentiation capabilities. After adherent culture, use lentiviral transduction with RFP gene to make the cells stably express RFP. It can be used as a cell model to study proliferation, aging, immunity, differentiation and transplantation.
