Description
The primary function of the bronchial epithelium is to act as a defensive barrier aiding the maintenance of normal airway function. Bronchial epithelial cells form the interface between the external environment and the internal milieu, making it a major target of inhaled insults.
Rabbit bronchial epithelial cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the rabbit bronchial tissue. The method we use to isolate rabbit bronchial epithelial cells was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. The rabbit bronchial epithelial cells are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to pan-cytokeratin (PCK). Each vial contains 0.5x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.
